How Can I Join the Lashback Club Loyalty Program?

If you already have a Best Lashes Pro account, you're automatically enrolled! Just log in and track your point balance. If you don't have an account yet, simply register with your email and start earning points from your very first order!
How Can I Earn Lash Points?
You’ll automatically earn points after every purchase. Simply log in to your account, and you’ll receive 2 point for every 1 Euro spent. Each product listing shows how many Lash Points it’s worth, so you can easily see which items help you rack up points faster.

Note: Points are not awarded for purchases made before July 21, 2025.

How Can I Track My Point Balance?

Log in to your profile to view a detailed overview of your current balance and the available discounts.

How Can I Redeem My Points?

On the cart page, select the point redemption option — or log in to your account and choose your desired amount to redeem. Each 80 Lash Point = 1 € at checkout. (e.g. 400 points = 5€ discount; 800 points = 10€ discount). You can use your discount coupon online or in-store at checkout.

Note: Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited.

Loyalty Program changes from 15.07.2026
Please be informed that the terms of the Lashback Club Loyalty Program will be updated effective from 15.07.2026.

Key changes:
- 2 Lash Points are awarded for every €1 spent.
- Lash Points will not be earned on online and in-person trainings, discounted kits, sets, UV lamps, other electronic devices, or discounted products.
- Lash Points cannot be redeemed for online and in-person trainings, discounted kits, sets, UV lamps, other electronic devices, or discounted products.

Each 80 Lash Points = €1 discount at checkout.

The updated terms will come into effect on 15.07.2026.
