Volume Fan Glue Ring

This grooved-edge ring allows for easier creation of volume fans. By pulling the fan upwards through the pleat, a compact fan base can be created.

How to use it?

Place the ring on your index or middle finger, drop glue on both sides of the ring. After dipping the lash fan into the glue, pull it through the groove to remove excess glue, while a pressing motion will immediately open the fan, giving you a thinner, more compact base.
